Six months before the enforcement of the General Personal Data Protection Regulation (ruling 2016/679/UE), this one-day colloquium is meant to address the obligations of private and public players and to suggest good practices and concrete answers in order to achieve compliance and thus avoid and limit the threat of sanctions.
Intended audience
Businesses, public authorities, any players or sub-contractors processing and using personal data.This colloquium is open to lawyers within the framework of the continuing education scheme.
Goal
Detailing the enforcement of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in order to assist companies and more particularly SMEs in achieving compliance. The sharing of concrete experiences will feed a more global theoretical approach.
