The IRDEIC research programmes benefit from the flexibility of collective and individual research, thus giving coherence to the overall policy.

 

The rationale and effectiveness of the IRDEIC rests on a balance between the individual congruity of the institute’s four research teams that supervise a particular programme, and the overall synergy linking them all to work on the programmes and eight identified topics

The important research conducted at the institute is attested by the scientific events, thesis defences, publications and, in particular, the release in November 2014 of the long-awaited Volume 1 of the Grands arrêts de la Cour de justice (Major Decisions of the Court of Justice) published by Union Dalloz.
